Fantastic, had an ecovacs goat that couldn’t get through a mowing session. This thing in the other hand. Set up was easy, just show it the boundaries. It has been running daily, identifies gardens or chairs and navigates them well. It will also shift mowing directions by 60* each time which is great. The way it makes its turns at the end of a cut line has also been much more gentle than the ecovacs mower. So far we are super pleased with how hands off this mower has been. My only concern would be traction on some of the steeper angles but it has a traction control setting and so far has navigated steeper angles without getting stuck.

So far so good. I see a lot of potential for this Navimow. Set up went pretty well, but it took a few attempts to get the map like I wanted it. I wasn’t sure if I had to map the entire yard and then come back and add zones but that didn’t work so I went to map; add boundary; and did a zone at a time which was the correct approach. Also, I was very intentional about where I placed the GPS receiver to make sure it had the best view of the sky possible-as I researched that seemed to be a pretty significant thing and I wanted to get it right the first time. I have a pond on my property and didn’t want my Navimow to fall in so I gave it a little bit of extra space for the boundary, but it’s still a little nerve-racking to see it heading straight for the edge of the pond and then stop and turn and come back. No disasters yet so hopefully I got it right. I was worried about leaving it out in the weather all the time and hated to spend 200 bucks on the little garage thing so I took a big plastic steri-lite container and cut the end out of it to use as a garage. it seems to be working without blocking reception so the schedule is working and it docks to the charge station without issue. I don’t know how I expected it to sound, but it is so quiet I had hard time believing it was actually mowing. I checked several times and lowered the blade a few times before I was convinced it was actually mowing, but it was. I stopped it, then turned it up and looked underneath and some little grass clippings fell out so it was doing its thing. You can only hear a little ticking sound which is those little razors cutting grass. I wouldn’t turn it loose in an overgrown weed patch, but for maintaining the lawn I am very optimistic. When I was a kid I used to do anything to get put of mowing the grass. This little guy just pops out, gets it done and heads back, no complaints or whining. It is the son I never was!

System works great but does have a bit of a learning curve. Would highly recommend watching some YouTube videos on best ways to setup the map. The mower handles hills just fine with stock wheels as long as the ground is dry.

My riding mower stopped mid summer. After looking at a couple options, I hesitantly bought the Navimower. I will never be hesitant again - it's been fantastic.

So far, only positive things to say. The robot seems sturdy and is easy to set up. I took advantage of a very attractive price for both the robot and the garage. I only had to contact customer service once to connect to the app, and the issue was resolved very quickly.
